Millions of students today project self-confidence, but it’s fragile, fake, and temporary, built off of the “likes” or “shares” others have given them on social media. When their confidence is genuinely tested, it oftentimes disintegrates. One way they can continue to grow in their self-confidence is by developing stronger self-awareness.
