Who Is Growing Leaders?

Growing Leaders is a non-profit organization that partners with schools, colleges, athletic depts. and organizations to develop today’s emerging generation of leaders.

We equip educators, employers, coaches, youth workers, and parents to understand and connect with this generation and offer resources to spark conversations and life-changing experiences with them.

We believe our hope for the future rests in how well we prepare our young. Far too often, we have prepared the path for the child, instead of the child for the path. Students graduate loaded with talent and potential, but remain unready for a career or ill-prepared to pursue their dreams because established leaders have not equipped them to lead the way into the future. At its core, we believe leadership is about solving problems and serving people.

Generation Y & Z

Today, almost one-half the world’s population is 25 years old or younger. Ready or not, they will lead our world into the future. Members of Generation Y (Millennials born between 1984-2000) and Generation Z (Centennials born between 2001-2018) are hungry to change the world and we can help them.
Growing Leaders is a non-profit leadership training and development company. Through relevant and innovative events and resources, we equip both the next generation and the parents, teachers, coaches, employers and mentors who shape their lives.

Since its inception, Growing Leaders has created more than 40 leadership training resources, partnered with over 8,000 schools and organizations to train young leaders and mentored more than 500,000 students. Some of Growing Leaders partnerships include The U.S Department of Justice, Boys and Girls Clubs of America, The National FFA Organization, the University of Alabama, Purdue University, Virginia Tech, Wake Forest University, and the Georgia Department of Education among many others.
