Since 2003, Growing Leaders has created more than 40 leadership training resources, partnered with over 6,000 schools and organizations to train young leaders and mentored more than 250,000 students. This could not have been possible without the support and advice from our Board of Advisors and Board of Directors. Sharing our vision to turn ordinary students into growing leaders who will transform society, our Board of Directors and Board of Advisors have helped Growing Leaders get where we are today. Randy Hain

Chairman of the Board

Randy Hain is the Managing Partner of Bell Oaks Executive Search in Atlanta and actively serves on a number of non-profit boards in the Atlanta community. He has earned a reputation as a values-based leader who invests heavily in his colleagues, candidates, clients and the community. He is the Senior Editor for The Integrated Catholic Life eMagazine which he co-founded in 2010. Randy is a co-founder of the Annual Atlanta Catholic Business Conference, the Catholic Business Cafe and leads the St. Peter Chanel Business Association (Faith at Work) Ministry.

Randy is a prolific writer and frequent presenter on a number of topics including faith, family, integration, leadership and human capital. His first book, entitled The Catholic Briefcase: Tools for Integrating Faith and Work, was released in late November 2011 by Liguori Publications. The book provides practical advice on how to integrate the Catholic faith with our work and offers inspiration through the examples of real Catholics in the workplace.  The Catholic Briefcase was voted the Best Catholic Book of 2011 in the Reader’s Choice Awards.  His new book, Along the Way: Lessons for an Authentic Journey of Faith will be released by Liguori Publications in November, 2012.

Randy and his wife Sandra have been married for 18 years and have two sons, Alex and Ryan.

Tim Tassopoulos

Tim Tassopoulos is Senior Vice President of Operations at Chick-fil-A and is responsible for coordinating the activities of Field Operations, Operations Services, Training & Development, Human Resources, and Purchasing and Distribution. Tim began his career at Chick-fil-A in 1977 as a restaurant team member and joined the home office staff as a business consultant in 1983.

Tami Heim

Tami Heim is the president and CEO of the Christian Leadership Alliance, headquartered in San Clemente, CA. Her professional career includes executive leadership experience in the technology, marketing, publishing and retail industries. She has served as a partner in The A Group – Brand Development, executive vice president and chief publishing officer for Thomas Nelson Publishers, and as the president of Borders, Inc.  She is the co-author of @stickyJesus: how to live out your faith online, a field guide for evangelism on social media networks.

Tami and husband, Dale, delight in their daughter, Zoë, son-in-law, Matt. Tami and her husband are also compelled by love to frequently go and serve the orphans living in Jeremie, Haiti.

Jo Kirchner

Jo is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Primrose Schools. She leads more than 200 schools nationwide, overseeing strategic direction for the company, managing its financial vision and brand leadership strategy, while guiding new business development to drive growth and profitability. Before joining Primrose, Jo was the President and Founder of Creative Logistics, an Atlanta-based marketing firm offering strategic planning, advertising and public relations.

She previously served as Vice President and Publisher at two Atlanta-based magazine publishing companies and as a sales executive for Proctor Silex Corporation.

Dave Johnson

Dave is the CFO of the National Christian Foundation, a foundation that receives and distributes charitable gifts throughout the world. Dave is formerly the CFO of the Injoy Group, founded by Dr. John C. Maxwell, which provided leadership training and resources to corporate leaders across the U.S. Dave completed his undergraduate work at UCSD and San Diego State in accounting, and recently received his MBA at Emory University.

Jeff Neuber

Jeff is the Chief Executive Officer of Network TwentyOne. During his tenure with the company, his management and direction have set the pace for Network TwentyOne and its affiliates to experience a ten-fold increase in revenue growth and profitability.

Prior to his current position, Jeff worked in the aerospace industry.

Vicki Hamilton

Vicki Hamilton is a senior-level executive with over 20 years of technology experience with 15 years at executive and senior level management roles, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Digital Operations & Performance. Hamilton has created and implemented Technology Portfolio Management resulting in a patent filed for “Business Process Methodology” and has excelled at executing strategies, yielding significant business awareness and results through the emphasis of Balance Scorecard processes (financial, process, customer and resource management).

Hamilton has been recognized by the Atlanta Post as one of the ’23 Black Executives Advancing the Television Network Industry” (2010), was a recipient of WICT and CableFAX’s “Top Women in Cable Technology” (2010) and is a Foundation Board Member of Women In Technology (WIT). Hamilton received her Bachelor of Science and Arts Degree from the University of Dayton as well as a Masters of Business Administration from St. Louis University.

David McAnally

In a twenty-five+ year staffing and placement career, David has managed eight staffing and placement firms, four of which were from the start-up or turnaround phase. His experience includes managing healthcare staffing and placement firms in the physician locum tenens, physician perm placement, allied health contract staffing, sales, pharmacy and nursing markets.  Currently, David is Vice President of Emergency Medicine / Critical Care for is a nationally-focused leader in the locum tenens placement of physicians in a number of high demand specialties including Emergency Medicine, Psychiatry, Surgery and Primary Care.

David is a frequent speaker at state and national healthcare staffing and placement conferences on topics such as interview preparation, employment trends, team building, trust in the work place and hiring / retaining A players. He has also moderated panels and been a featured speaker at the American Staffing Association’s annual Staffing World conference on topics ranging from healthcare staffing to retention to staffing industry marketing.

David has served as a board member and President of GAPS (Georgia Association of Personnel Services), co-founder and leader of Cub Scout Pack 1459 and Boy Scout Troop 1459 and serves on the Charitable Outreach Committee at  David and his wife Cathy have been married for 30 years and have three sons, Chase, Chandler and Harrison.

Tina DeNapoli

Tina DeNapoli is partner in the international law firm Troutman Sanders.  Her practice focuses on all aspects of employee benefits law including retirement, pension, and compensation plans.  She speaks on various employment topics and is a frequently published author on aspects of human resources.  She has previously worked in both private law practices as well as spending time as an Assistant State Attorney.  Tina graduated from Stetson University with a degree in Business Administration, and then received her LL.M and J.D degrees from the University of Florida.  Tina celebrates her rich heritage by being fluent in Greek, and when not working enjoys time with her husband and two children.
