Tim began working with students in 1979 and his passion is still investing in the next generation.  After working alongside best-selling leadership author John C. Maxwell for more than twenty-five years, he founded Growing Leaders in 2003 to focus solely on creating leadership training events and resources for emerging leaders.  Tim is the author & creative visionary behind Habitudes: Images That Form Leadership Habits and Attitudes. Holly Moore

Vice President

Holly began her career as a nurse and went on to serve in an executive leadership position with a Fortune 200 pharmaceutical distribution company.  She left her corporate position because of a desire to use her business skills in a non-profit setting.  Prior to Growing Leaders, she was the Director of Communications for Eagle Ranch as well as the Vice President of Advancement for Mercy Ships where she was responsible for all of the organization’s communications and development work in the US.

Billy Boughey

Athletic Program Director

Billy is an energetic leader who has a passion to add value and impact others. He is a husband to Jenn, father to Zander, Addi and Piper. He is passionate about discovering ways to implement his newfound knowledge from the marketplace back to his family room. Billy played baseball on the collegiate level at Middle Georgia, Auburn University and Georgia State University, and later, professionally with the Philadelphia Phillies. His well-seasoned experience includes keynote speaking, hosting and producing events for many high scale companies.  In addition, his rich leadership development background gives him the expertise and skill to lead various leader development experiences world wide. Billy’s creativity, enthusiasm and fun nature allows him to take himself lightly when things don’t go as planned. You will find that Billy will reinvent ways to celebrate others and take timeless lessons and boil them down so the next generation can connect and be who they were created to be.

Chloe Hull

Speaking Events Coordinator

Chloe graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Industrial Design.  She had an opportunity to develop her leadership skills by working with Kanakuk Camps as both a staff member and a Leadership Institute participant.  Chloe joined the Growing Leaders team as a Marketing Apprentice and we realized we didn’t want to let her go.  She moved into the full-time position of Partnership Coordinator in the fall of 2009 and still uses her design skills on a number of special projects. Chloe now serves as our Speaking Events Coordinator and oversees the booking of all of the events for our speaking team.

Andrea Callicott

Office Manager and Executive Assistant to Tim Elmore

Andrea provides administrative support for Tim and manages our office.  After graduating from Oral Roberts University, Andrea worked in a key administrative role in a large church before moving into a management position with a small business in Tulsa, OK.  She moved to Atlanta in 2008 and soon after joined the Growing Leaders team.  Her gifts of organization and administration play a key role in all we do.

Alysse Whatley

Development Coordinator

Alysse graduated from The University of Georgia in 2012 with a degree in Communication Studies and a Certificate in Personal and Organizational Leadership. Her passion for student leadership began in high school with her membership in the Gwinnett Student Leadership Team. While at UGA, she served as Executive Director of UGA HEROs, an organization that raises funds for children in Georgia affected by HIV.  Alysse joined the Growing Leaders team as a summer intern in 2011 and then again full-time after graduation as our Development Coordinator. She uses her communication skills to nurture The Growing Leaders Foundation that supports underfunded schools and organizations with Habitudes curriculum.

Jim Woodard

Operations Manager

Jim recognized his passion for developing leaders while working as a General Manager for Chick-fil-A while completing college. His leadership talents were quickly recognized as he began traveling across the country to lead in Chick-fil-A Grand Openings and other special events. Throughout college, his career at Chick-fil-A and now at Growing Leaders, Jim prioritizes weekly breakfast meetings to mentor a group of local high school students at North Gwinnett High School. Jim joined the Growing Leaders team in 2013 as the Resource Coordinator, enthusiastic about developing student leaders on a daily basis.

Chris Harris

Rachel Blackman

Rachel helps cultivate and support Growing Leaders partners in K12 educational environments.  After graduating from the College of Education at Auburn University, Rachel has served as a teacher, education consultant, and most recently as a regional sales manager for a global learning management system (LMS) company.  She is an Atlanta native, growing up through Cobb County Schools.  Her education and business background play a key role in the Growing Leaders mission.

Fueled by an appetite of learning from others, J.T.’s mission in life is to make a positive impact by encouraging people to become who they dream to be. J.T.’s professional immersion began at Booster Enterprises, where he spent over five years dedicating his time toward investing in people and developing new markets for the leadership and character building organization. Blessed by a large window of opportunity early in his career, J.T. has developed dexterities in multiple fields including event hosting, keynote speaking, leadership-development, and relationship building. It’s his passion to know and encourage others that he believes will help him fall forward as he pursues his mission in life.

Ted Weyn graduated from Fordham University in New York and began his career on Wall Street. Moving into the services industry, Ted has worked in Human Capital Management, Procurement and Technology business segments for close to 30 years.  Blessed to have been exposed to sales, marketing and executive management, Ted has worked in public and private companies. In 2004, Ted ventured out starting, growing and ultimately selling 3 distinct international business entities. Joining Growing Leaders to expand the proven leadership principles, Ted is assisting companies challenged by the Generational Diversity of today’s Millennial workers.
