The community is led by Tim Elmore, president of Growing Leaders, a non-profit organization whose mission is to turn ordinary students into growing leaders who will transform society. Tim has mentored emerging leaders for the last thirty years, working on campuses, with corporations, non-profits, and in churches across the U.S. and the world.  The community is made up of leaders: CEO’s, managers, educators, administrators, youth workers, and non-profit executives who have a passion for leadership and a heart for the next generation. In short, they are people who want to lead the next generation well.

Leadership2Go includes the following elements:

The topics and issues revolve around new material each month on a relevant leadership topic. Leadership2Go is designed to spark stimulating conversation around key leadership topics throughout the year.

Leadership2Go is different in that it furnishes personal mentoring in the privacy of your own office or home. It is also different in that it covers more than skills or behaviors. It is about the “role” and the “soul” of a leader. Topics like the heart, the soul and the spiritual journey of authentic, life-giving leaders will be discussed.

No. This is copyrighted material. Team members or staff may view and discuss the videos at the group rate; under copyright laws, members or leaders may not take it and use it as their own material.

All community members go online for the monthly coaching. Each video segment lasts approximately 20 minutes. You can view the video at your convenience any time during the month.

Yes. It doesn’t matter when you join the mentoring community. You will simply pick up wherever the group is at the time, and you will be able to view each new lesson as it released as well as previous month’s lessons. You will be able to view the Leadership Library of  past lessons and choose the topic that is most relevant to you or your organization.

We decided to offer Leadership2Go because our mission is to develop emerging leaders and to cultivate a leadership culture on school campuses, in organizations and in churches. We know that students cannot become healthy leaders unless those who teach them are modeling it first. This community is about enabling those who work with students to become better leaders.
