Leadership2Go is an online mentoring community designed to create a leadership culture within you and throughout your organization. Tim Elmore, along with special guests, will break down a new topic each month.  Ultimately, Leadership2Go’s mission is to help you and your team grow as leaders and to help you equip the next generation of leaders.

For 2012, the Leadership2Go theme is: The Language of Leadership. Over the course of the year, we will look at why strengthening communication skills is one of the most important things a leader can do to increase effectiveness. We will address topics that are useful in all aspects of communication from personal conversations to staff meetings to public speaking. In short, you are the message and communication is everything.
